Wild Irish Seaweed - Dillisk
Dillisk is a sea vegetable that grows on the North Atlantic shoreline of Ireland.
Wild Irish Seaweed's Dillisk is harvested by hand during the early months of the year from the Blue Flag international awarded shores of Spanish Point in Co. Clare. It is then dried naturally by the sun and wind.
This Dillisk provides an excellent source of essential vitamins, iron, potassium and zinc. It can be eaten on its own or used as an ingredient in salads and many other dishes.
